The organization not only seeks to promote American Studies on the KSU campus, but also to provide events for the development of students interested in interdisciplinary studies of culture in the Americas. Founded in June 2013, AMSTO fosters a social and academic outlet for students who are minoring, completing graduate work, or simply interested in American Studies.
Some of our past events include:
In the Spring of 2015, AMSTO will take a field trip to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, GA.
