Christi Williams


Christi grew up in Metro Atlanta and obtained her first degree, a B.S. in Communications and Film Studies, from Georgia State University. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, California where she worked in graphic media communications for fifteen years. In 2006 she returned to Atlanta and began her graduate studies at Kennesaw State University. In 2010, she took a second undergraduate degree in English and Education and then went on to pursue two graduate degrees in Professional Writing and American Studies. Her long-term goals include the pursuit of environmental law and immigration issues. In addition to her degree and professional experience in communications and design, Christi also holds Georgia teaching credentials in English Education (6-12), and she recently earned her state-certified Master Naturalist credentials from the University of Georgia during the summer of 2014.
